Dr. Laetitia Duler, DVM, DACVIM (Cardiology), is a board-certified veterinary cardiologist dedicated to the diagnosis and management of cardiovascular disease in companion animals.

Dr. Duler was born in Paris and then grew up on a farm in beautiful South France. She realized she wanted to become a veterinarian as a teenager to be able to take care of her horses back home. She earned her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree in Toulouse, France, before completing both a small animal rotating internship and an internal medicine internship at Oregon State University, where she gained broad training in emergency and specialty medicine.

Dr. Duler went on to complete a cardiology residency at the University of California, Davis. There, she received advanced training in echocardiography, electrocardiography, advanced cardiac imaging, interventional cardiology, and the diagnosis and management of complex congenital and acquired heart disease.

Her clinical interests include long-term management of chronic cardiac disease, client education, and collaboration with referring veterinarians. Dr. Duler is especially committed to providing patient-focused, individualized care, recognizing that each pet and family has unique needs, goals, and circumstances. She works closely with pet owners, primary care veterinarians, and specialty teams to create thoughtful, tailored treatment plans that support both quality of life and continuity of care.

Dr. Duler places a strong emphasis on clear communication and education, helping pet owners and veterinary teams make informed decisions with confidence. She remains actively engaged in continuing education to stay at the forefront of advances in veterinary cardiology.

Outside of clinical practice, Dr. Duler enjoys traveling, baking, painting, staying active, and spending time with her cat, Marcel.
