Emilee Mankins - Health Care Consultant

Emilee is a California native who has always shown an interest in animals, from the time her family Veterinarian took care of her horse Fooler and her dog Max. She began her studies at Crafton Hills College and continued her education at California State Polytechnic University where she is currently completing her pre-veterinary requirements. Her technical training and abilities have led her to Calimesa Veterinary Clinic working with a variety of animal companions, the Animal & Bird Veterinary Medical Center working with even more avian and exotic species, as well as the Equine Research Center at Cal Poly where she works directly with Veterinarians performing ongoing research.

Emilee focused her interest towards Veterinary Cardiology and began to volunteer for Coast to Coast Cardiology after her mother Sharon developed a heart condition requiring an implantation of a pacemaker. She now works as a Health Care Consultant for Coast to Coast Cardiology, and her extensive abilities allow her to excel in the emotional and demanding environment that directly improves the welfare of our patients. Emilee continues her inexhaustible drive to become a Veterinarian and to realize her dream. By practicing veterinary medicine, she hopes to increase her ability to directly help animals and to educate their human companions about their medical needs.

In her free time, Emilee volunteers for Danny's Farm, a working farm dedicated to the benefit of children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities by direct and safe interaction with farm animals. She also enjoys time with her family and recently adopted a dog Lilee, whom she dresses in the latest fashions.
